Prof. BOAZ GANOR (Israel) is one of the world’s leading authorities on Counter-Terrorism. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) and the Ronald S. Lauder Chair for Counter-Terrorism at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, Israel. He previously served for five years as Dean and ten years as Deputy Dean of the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy at the IDC Herzliya.

LAURENCE BINDNER (France) is the co-founder of JOS Project, a platform of extremist and terrorist propaganda analysis. Ms Bindner’s research focuses on the spread of terrorsit and extremist groups’ propaganda as well as their rhetorics. She is a member of the UNCTED GlobalResearch Network, a GNet (Global Network on Extremism and Technology) associate fellow. She is an auditor at the IHEDN (Institute for Higher National Defense Studies) in Defence Policy. Her articles are published by IFRI (French Institute of Internation Relations), ICCT (International Center for Counter-Terrrorism – the Hague), Bellingcat.
